Privacy Policy
1. What data is stored for the App?
The app offers the user to enter data and to upload files. The user controls the data they upload to these entries. Created entries can be modified and deleted in the app by the user.
Personal Data
Data classified as personal data (*required):
- Id*: Internal user ID (GUID)
- UserName*: Your username in the app
- Email*: Your email address
- EmailConfirmed*: Whether you have confirmed your email address
- PhoneNumber: Your phone number
- PhoneNumberConfirmed: Whether you have confirmed your phone number
- TwoFactorEnabled: Whether you enabled two factor authentication
- Authenticator Key: 2 factor authentication key for login with Authenticator tool
The user can view and delete the personal data in its profile in the app. When deleting the personal data, the user account is deleted and no restoration is possible. Data on backups will not be deleted.
Audit Data
- IP addresses accessing the system are tracked by the hoster of the app
- User activity is logged
2. Why is this information collected?
The personal data is collected for login and billing purposes.
The data is not sold or shared outside Zehnder Coaching GmbH or its service providers.
Audit Data is collected to protect the system from misuse.
3. By what means is this information collected?
Data is collected via
- Cookies: to use the app. Without cookies the app can not be used.
- Weblogs: at the service provider to record IP addresses accessing the data.
- Web forms: Users add information to the system themselves.
4. What will this information be used for and who will have access to it?
The email addresses can be used to communicate about the app, for example new features, feedback and more.
The user data is stored until the account becomes inactive.
The audit data is used to monitor the system performance and for misuse detection. The audit data is kept for the running and the last calendar year.
The data is accessible by dedicated people at Zehnder Coaching GmbH and subcontractors.
The data resides in the Microsoft Azure Cloud of Zehnder Coaching GmbH in Switzerland.
The app runs under Swiss law. Official authorities requesting access to the data of a specific users might get access, after a legal check for the request. In case of misuse of the platform personal and general data of the user can be passed on to authorities.
5. How are changes in the privacy policy communicated?
Changes to this statement are published on the login screen of the app. In addition, Zehnder Coaching GmbH can, but is not required to, send an information email to the users’ email addresses prior to the change.

7. How is user information protected?
The data is stored in the Azure Cloud in Switzerland and falls under the Swiss law FADP and, after September 1, 2023, nFADP. Microsoft cloud technology is being used to keep the data safe. Using 2Factor Authentication is highly recommended.
Only dedicated people at Zehnder Coaching GmbH are allowed to access the Azure cloud.
